About the Role
As a highly successful construction company based in Berlin (Tegel), we create demanding and interesting building construction projects. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in the construction sector for permanent employment, starting as soon as possible.
Tasks
•You actively support the creation of presentations and the structured implementation of prequalification and application procedures (e.g. for public or private tenders).
Requirements
•You have solid practical or professional knowledge of the construction industry.
•You have the ability and enjoy strategically maintaining and expanding networks.
•You have a friendly, engaging and professional manner.
•You represent our company convincingly and competently in initial contact with customers.
•We are looking for a dynamic person, ideally around 30 years of age (early-career professionals with initial successes or young professionals), who brings fresh energy and modern ideas.
•You have basic knowledge of using digital tools and are open to learning about new applications and systems and familiarizing yourself with them.
•Confident and proficient use of common social media platforms (especially LinkedIn or Instagram for B2B marketing) is second nature to you.
•You work independently, in an organized and goal-oriented manner.
•You are proficient in common office applications.
•Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit for Germany. Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.
