Responsibilities
•Manage existing partner relationships, serve as the main contact, resolve issues, review results, and identify opportunities to expand cooperation
•Research relevant companies and prioritize potential partners based on business value, fit with the brand and goals, and launch effort
•Build business cases by estimating potential revenue, costs, resource needs, return on investment, and expected impact on business metrics
•Negotiate and formalize partnership scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, timelines, and success metrics with Legal and other teams
•Research technology and hardware partners, compare capabilities, costs, and integration requirements, and identify the best fit
•Develop launch plans with owners, deadlines, and dependencies, and coordinate implementation with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams
•Coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, and launches with partners and the Brand Marketing team, setting goals and measurement approaches
•Compare partnership results with expectations and recommend whether to expand, adjust, renew, or end each partnership
Requirements
•4+ years of experience managing the full partnership lifecycle
•Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to resolve disagreements and reach clear decisions with partners and internal teams
•Ability to independently manage several partnerships, set priorities, and follow through on details
•Experience in business development, finding new partners, and managing existing relationships
•Track record of taking partnerships from initial discussions through negotiation, launch, and performance review
•Strong analytical skills, including building business cases, assessing commercial terms, and estimating impact on business metrics
•Experience delivering projects with product, engineering, and marketing teams, translating opportunities into clear requirements, and coordinating launch work
•Strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
•Practical experience in marketing, including brand marketing, communications, or user acquisition
•Experience in product management, product operations, or product integrations
•Experience with technology companies, hardware manufacturers, or content providers
•Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
•Experience with joint campaigns, affiliate partnerships, or revenue-sharing agreements
•Experience reviewing partners for policy compliance and business risks
•An existing network of contacts in relevant industries
