About the Role
You will research prospective partners, conduct market and competitive analysis, and support outreach and lead qualification. You will maintain CRM and pipeline records, prepare proposals, financial models, executive reporting, and partnership summaries, and assist with partner due diligence and onboarding.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
•4+ years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, business development, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related field
•Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
•Written and verbal communication skills
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
•Organizational skills and attention to detail
•Interest in fintech, payments, Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, and digital banking
•Business-level Spanish and English preferred
Responsibilities

•Develop target account lists and support outbound business development
