The ServiceNow team focuses on implementing Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Tasks

•Collaborate with clients, leadership, and professionals in the ServiceNow Development team

•Apply ServiceNow knowledge across projects, particularly to SPM advancements, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financial Planning, Resource Management, and Innovation Management

•Gather requirements from key clients and stakeholders, write user stories, and run workshops

•Educate clients on ServiceNow best practices and how to use the platform to meet their needs

•Perform testing as needed

Requirements

•Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst

•Experience with SPM implementations

•Fluent in German

Nice to have: Other ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS
