Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio to lead the documentation, analysis, and optimization of our core business processes. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between senior business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring end-to-end processes are captured, governed, and aligned with SAP capabilities and enterprise transformation goals.
Responsibilities
•Lead strategic workshops with senior business stakeholders to capture, map, and document current-state and future-state business processes in SAP Signavio
•Define and drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and standardization opportunities, and using process mining and analytics insights for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
•Translate cross-functional business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process models, and guide SAP implementation and IT teams through delivery
•Align mapped processes with SAP best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and the digital transformation roadmap; recommend process standardization and target operating models to leadership
•Drive change management initiatives by producing process documentation and training materials, promoting user adoption, and establishing and enforcing process governance and repository standards in SAP Signavio
•Partner with enterprise architects, SAP consultants, project managers, and business leaders on end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs
•Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts on BPM, modeling standards, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
•3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or SAP Consultant, focused on BPM
•Hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence / Process Mining, Collaboration Hub, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide adoption
•Knowledge of SAP modules, SAP S/4HANA, ECC or cloud solutions, and SAP Best Practices; ability to shape solution design
•Advanced command of BPMN 2.0, process modeling standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
•Ability to lead cross-functional workshops, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts into business value and vice versa
•English communication skills at B2 level or higher
