Responsibilities
•Support consolidation and validation of production data
•Monitor adherence to production plans and report deviations
•Track execution from planned production through to release and shipment readiness
•Support day-to-day operational follow-up across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain
•Prepare and maintain operational trackers and KPIs (plan adherence, output, service levels)
•Contribute to process standardization and implementation of new tools or workflows
•Support cross-functional projects impacting site operations
Requirements
•Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related areas
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
•High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Good knowledge of written and spoken English
