Responsibilities
•Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of Business Analysts, UX experts, and developers, and coach employees in project settings
•Manage and prioritize requirements along the product roadmap, account for regulatory requirements such as those of gematik, and translate business requirements into structured user stories
•Manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle and ensure quality, consistency, and traceability
•Work closely with stakeholders from business units, IT, and partner organizations; facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions; and support sound implementation decisions
•Develop tailored solutions for a more capable and innovative healthcare system through transformation, digitalization, process optimization, and restructuring projects
Requirements
•Master's degree, for example in business informatics, computer science, or healthcare management
•Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in managing digital products; healthcare experience is preferred
•Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering, agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe, and Product Backlog Management
•Experience developing and enhancing digital applications, such as ePA, healthcare platforms, or regulated systems
•Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
•German and English at C1 level or higher
•Agile, curious, ambitious, engaged, and team-oriented, with an ability to think in opportunities and find solutions through focused questions
