Description
DXC is seeking a highly seasoned Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. In this strategic role, he/she will serve as the Functional Lead within a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing. The ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new Clients onboarding projects.
Responsibilities
•Act as functional lead for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
•Bridge the gap between the client's business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications.
•Starting from the business requirements, perform FSD as per HOGAN methodology.
•Participate in the testing strategy, define success criteria, and perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client.
