Responsibilities
•Advise financing and leasing clients on their digital transformation
•Analyze and optimize business processes, applying IT knowledge to shape innovative, future-proof solutions
•Gather client requirements and ensure services and business processes comply with market regulatory frameworks
•Independently manage assigned responsibilities and take ownership as a Business Analyst for one or more topics; potentially lead parts of or entire client projects in the future
•Actively support business development and the creation of digitalization solutions in the finance and leasing sector
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in consulting or in an analyst role at a leasing company, bank, or insurance company; product managers at system providers in leasing or asset financing are also suitable
•Degree in business informatics or comparable knowledge gained during studies, or relevant completed vocational training
•IT affinity and interest in designing solutions at the interface between business and IT
•Persuasive presence, curiosity, and strong communication skills
•Structured, analytical approach to complex topics
•Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
•Very good German and English skills
