Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and document Finance business and functional requirements across international markets
•Coordinate requirements and solution validation with business and technical teams as the Finance functional counterpart to the POS Squad
•Analyze local tax, fiscal compliance, receipt, payment, and transaction reconciliation requirements
•Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
•Identify gaps between country requirements and the global solution, and support the definition of suitable solutions
•Analyze interfaces and data flows between POS, Finance, and other connected applications
•Support functional, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing to validate business processes and integrations
•Support rollout readiness and maintain functional documentation throughout the programme
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or a similar role
•Strong Finance background and understanding of financial processes, including payments, taxation, and transaction reconciliation
•Functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly Finance-related processes
•Experience supporting large international implementations or rollouts across multiple markets
•Experience analyzing system integrations, interfaces, and data flows, with a working understanding of APIs and integration protocols
•Strong requirements documentation skills and experience translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories
•Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting testing and solution validation
•Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders
•Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment
•Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
•Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce, Store Commerce, or POS
•Experience in retail, POS, or e-commerce
•Understanding of retail transactions, receipts, promotions, discounts, and payments
•Knowledge of Azure integration capabilities and services
•Broader knowledge of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
