Aufgaben
•Contribute to the development of financing software
•Gather customer requirements and develop functional concepts
•Analyze functional specifications with content editors and translate them into implementation-ready tickets for the development team
•Communicate proactively with developers, sales colleagues, other colleagues, and customers; identify when coordination is needed and initiate it independently
•Test the software against functional and quality requirements and approve it for go-live
•Handle support requests about software products, analyze problems, and develop solutions with relevant teams
Anforderungen
•Ideally, a bachelor's degree in business informatics, vocational training as a bank clerk, or solid practical knowledge in comparable fields
•Initial professional experience
•Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions
•German language proficiency at C1 level
•Creativity, commitment, reliability, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills
