Description
The Doc to Data product intelligently ingests documents and extracts relevant data from them.
Responsibilities
•Identify document processing needs across the mortgages division and determine which information should be extracted
•Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into clear, structured IT requirements
•Engage stakeholders, arrange meetings, gather input, and follow up to ensure requirements are delivered on time
•Organise requirements, manage priorities, and coordinate activities
•Group similar document types into logical work packages and prioritise documents and requirements
•Consolidate requirements from IT teams into a prioritised Doc to Data product roadmap
•Collaborate with IT engineers and the product owner to translate business requirements into actionable development work
•Take ownership of the process, drive stakeholder engagement, and follow up on outstanding input independently
•Engage all relevant DevOps teams across the mortgages division and document their document processing needs
•Document identified document types, data extraction requirements, and business needs
•Establish priorities for work packages based on business needs and relevance
•Help drive the IDP solution's implementation and operational use by aligning product development with business requirements
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Developer, or in a similar role
•At least 5 years of relevant experience
•Experience in an IT environment and a good understanding of how DevOps teams operate
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confidence approaching people, arranging meetings, and proactively gathering information
•Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable IT requirements
•Strong organisational and project coordination skills, including planning, prioritisation, and roadmap development
•Proactive and self-directed, with ownership, independence, and willingness to follow up with stakeholders
•Fluent spoken and written Dutch
•A deep technical background or hands-on experience with specific IDP software is not required; engineers handle the technical implementation
Nice to have
•Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), document ingestion, or data extraction solutions; experience coordinating requirements across multiple IT or DevOps teams
Conditions
•Contract assignment, initially planned for six months, with the intention to extend for a further six months depending on project needs and progress
•Start: ASAP; end: 1/05/2027 with possible extension
•36 hours a week
•ZZP (freelance) is possible
