Задачи
•Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
•Create user stories, functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
•Analyze current- and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
•Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements
•Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define technology solutions
•Analyze system functionality, workflows, integrations, and dependencies
•Support analysis of existing and legacy systems and modernization initiatives
•Support production releases, issue investigations, and root cause analysis
•Coordinate with technical teams to resolve production and business-impacting issues
•Bridge business and technical teams
•Communicate requirements, risks, dependencies, and project status
•Build relationships with stakeholders across business functions
•Maintain requirements, process documentation, functional specifications, and other project artifacts
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
•5+ лет опыта в роли Business Analyst или Business Systems Analyst
•Опыт внедрения систем, их улучшения и инициатив по улучшению процессов
•Опыт работы с Agile, Scrum, Waterfall или гибридными методологиями
•Сильные аналитические навыки, навыки решения проблем, коммуникации и управления стейкхолдерами
•Умение переводить сложные бизнес-потребности в понятные функциональные требования и эффективно работать с бизнес- и технологическими командами
•Знание Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel или аналогичных инструментов бизнес-анализа
Будет плюсом
•Опыт в fintech, финансовых услугах, банкинге, платежах или других корпоративных сферах
