The Data Management Office focuses on improving data quality across the organization through analysis, error identification, and cooperation with business areas and data owners.
Задачи
•Analyze data against quality requirements and identify error volumes
•Identify causes of data quality decreases and increases, as well as error sources
•Collect and document requirements from business stakeholders
•Initiate and coordinate activities aimed at improving data quality
•Find new approaches and solutions to eliminate data quality errors
•Establish corrective actions with remediation teams and data owners
•Collaborate with business stakeholders on data quality and monitor the results of implemented actions
Требования
•Experience in data quality
•Analytical experience identifying data quality errors and causes of data quality deterioration
•Understanding of the importance of data quality and its impact on organizational operations
•SQL skills enabling independent data extraction and analysis
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
•Experience collecting and documenting business requirements
•Knowledge of Jira
•Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and goal orientation
Nice to have: experience working with banking data, experience creating business or systems analyses, knowledge of frameworks or patterns used to collect business requirements.
