Marsh is looking for a candidate for a position located in Warsaw: Broker/Specialist in Employee Benefits.

Your tasks will include:
•supporting corporate clients in the area of personal insurance,
•analyzing client needs and proposing solutions tailored to their situation,
•tracking market trends and sharing knowledge with clients,
•participating in negotiations of policy terms and contracts with benefits providers,
•participating in the renewal process of insurance programs and building the best benefits solutions,
•supporting activities that help grow the client portfolio.
We are looking for someone who:
•wants to develop in the area of employee benefits and insurance,
•has a higher education degree,
•has passed the broker exam or plans to pass it soon,
•has initial experience in personal insurance, in a brokerage firm, insurance company, medical care provider, or related role,
•organizes their work well and can act independently,
•enjoys contact with people and can build good relationships with clients,
•communicates clearly and effectively, including in negotiations,
•knows English well.
