This vacancy is for you to become a Prospera Client Specialist, where you will be placed in the Specialist career track, being the main expert in your area.
Prospera is Santander's Microfinance platform, designed to support micro and small businesses in investing in their growth. It supports clients with access to financial education and guidance on conscious credit consumption.
Responsibilities
•Portfolio management and prospecting of new micro and small entrepreneur clients
•Making in-person visits to clients
•Identifying and acting on potential partnerships
•Ensuring client closeness and satisfaction
•Preventive collections
•Making agreements
•Controlling portfolio delinquency
