Responsibilities
•Lead the team across multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery throughout every sprint
•Own sprint planning, including prioritization, capacity planning, and alignment on goals and deliverables
•Coordinate with other departments, remove blockers, and manage cross-team dependencies
•Develop team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and identification of skill gaps
•Lead technical design and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and built to strong engineering standards
•Participate hands-on in high-scale, cloud-based development
•Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in architecture, maintainability, performance, and engineering quality
•Partner with Product Managers to shape features from concept and technical design through development, release, and production
•Participate in customer technical sessions on requirements, challenges, integrations, and product discussions
•Serve as the technical focal point for the domain and manage communication with internal Customer Success teams
•Lead technical discussions and decisions on product improvements, new capabilities, and feature planning
•Integrate AI tools and workflows into the development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping
Requirements
•6+ years of hands-on software development experience
•3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role
•Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js
•Strong experience with AWS
