Responsibilities
•Further develop our backend, with a focus on Python
•Work in our Azure cloud infrastructure
•Use modern tools such as Git and IDEs, and API-first development
•Contribute to our AI architecture (e.g. RAG systems) for intelligent platform logic
•Connect and integrate tools, interfaces, and services within our tech stack
•Actively shape and further develop our web-based platform
•Work with our UX team to ensure an optimal user experience
Requirements
•Experience with Python (professional experience or advanced projects)
•Good understanding of backend development and API communication
•Interest in or initial experience with Azure
•Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
•Motivation to explore generative AI and modern architectures (e.g. RAG)
•Ability to work in a team, initiative, and enthusiasm for innovation
Nice to Have
•Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, and container technologies (Docker)
•Experience with platform architectures, data structures, or NoSQL databases
•Interest in low-code technologies such as Bubble.io (for frontend or MVP tasks)
