Description
Noesis is looking for a Senior Backend Developer, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, to design and develop scalable backend services, ensuring software quality and contributing to the resolution of technical challenges.
Responsibilities
•Design and develop scalable, reliable and high-performance backend services.
•Develop features and ensure software quality through automated tests and good development practices.
•Collaborate with teams, take ownership of the solutions developed and resolve technical challenges.
•Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support development and increase productivity.
Requirements
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
•Knowledge of C#/.NET, Java and Go.
•Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as Aurora, DynamoDB and Redis.
•Knowledge of cloud platforms, namely AWS and Azure.
•Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
•Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
•Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field; proven experience will also be considered in the absence of an academic qualification.
•Good communication skills and fluency in English.
•Availability to join a 24/7 on-call and support rotation.
•Experience with programming assistance tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
•Ability to use and validate AI-generated results for development, testing and code improvement.
