ALPHA CERAMICS LLC, a Georgian ceramic manufacturer with a business history dating back to 1994, is looking for an experienced and well-connected B2B Sales Manager / Independent Sales Partner to develop new business opportunities in Georgia and international markets.
Responsibilities
•Develop B2B sales partnerships with wineries, wine producers, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
•Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
•Promote ceramic bottles, pottery, and customized ceramic products.
•Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
•Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
•Identify export opportunities and expand sales channels.
Requirements
•Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Self-motivated, commercially oriented, and results-driven.
Nice to Have
•Existing professional network in the wine, beverage, HoReCa, or distribution sectors is a strong advantage.
•English language proficiency is an advantage.
