Responsibilities
•Manage external KYB requests and banking documentation with internal departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
•Draft compliance questionnaires
•Support bank account opening and administration of bank account access in line with internal procedures and external regulations
•Track deadlines for external KYB requests and support process improvements
Requirements
•At least 1 year of experience in an operations role and a clear understanding of KYB documentation requirements
•Bachelor's degree
•Strong project management skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications
•Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
