Assistenz (w/m/d) im Bereich Finance, Kreditoren- und Reisekostenmanagement - Mini-Job
We are an international and innovative company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Martinsried (Munich). Our goal is to make a positive contribution to healthcare through state-of-the-art research and development. To support our Finance team, we are looking for a dedicated assistant (m/f/d) to help us with accounts payable and travel expense management, working approximately 8 hours per week on-site in the office.
Your tasks:
•Supporting the processing of incoming invoices in the Medius system
•Checking invoices for completeness and accuracy
•Entering invoices into the system and forwarding them to the relevant colleagues for coding and approval
•Setting up new creditors and maintaining and updating existing master data (e.g. bank details, addresses)
•Supporting the travel expenses area, e.g. checking receipts and statements

•Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
