Responsibilities

•Build and scale real-time Android messaging and social features used by millions.

•Optimize client architecture for strict battery, network, and performance budgets.

•Write maintainable, scalable Kotlin code while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Requirements

•8+ years of Android (Kotlin) experience, specifically within high-scale, product-based companies.

•Hands-on, daily experience using agentic coding tools like Cursor or Claude.

•Deep expertise in modern Android architecture, API design, and real-time data synchronization.

•A safety-first mindset (incorporating privacy and moderation by design).

Nice to have

•C++ or iOS development experience.
