Responsibilities
•Build and maintain reliable data marts for the UA, monetization, product, and LiveOps teams
•Prepare data models for use by people and AI agents
•Maintain core metric definitions with the team so the company can trust its numbers
•Monitor data quality using tests, freshness checks, and comparisons against raw data, and investigate discrepancies
•Optimize ClickHouse query performance
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, data analysis, or data engineering, building data models that others rely on
•Strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions, aggregations, and reading and debugging other people's queries
•Hands-on ClickHouse experience, including MergeTree engines, choosing ORDER BY and partition keys, and working with arrays
•Experience with analytical data modeling, including choosing table structures and grain for query patterns and building incremental, reliable models
•English proficiency at B1–B2 level
Nice to Have
•Experience with data modeling tools such as dbt
•Understanding of mobile app metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, retention)
•Experience using AI tools in data work
•Workflow orchestration experience
•Experience with Superset or another BI tool
