Job Description
Where You'll Make a Difference
•Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
•Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
•Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
•Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
•Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
•Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
•Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
•Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
•Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution
What Makes You the Right Fit
•Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
•Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred)
•Strong customer service orientation and issue-resolution mindset
•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
•Comfortable handling confidential HR information
•Proficient in MS Office and typing
•Experience in HR or customer contact centers is a plus
•Familiarity with HR systems and policies is preferred
•Able to manage high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
