AI strategist for enterprise AI solutions

In short

This role designs, builds, and delivers custom AI agents and workflows for strategic enterprise customers at Smartcat, an Agentic AI platform company serving over 1,000 clients including 20% of the Fortune 500. The person owns customer engagements end to end — from scoping use cases with business and technical stakeholders through building solutions with Python, vector databases, MCP, and RAG, to training customers and driving adoption. It demands hands-on AI coding experience (Claude, Cursor, Cline), cloud/Linux comfort, strong customer-facing communication, and willingness to travel; it's a senior, remote, full-time position.
