Responsibilities
•Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and services
•Optimize and iterate on large language model integrations and AI agent orchestration
•Improve the reliability and efficiency of AI-powered product workflows
•Take ownership of technical work and ship software that supports platform performance and user experience
Requirements
•Typically 8 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, with a substantial hands-on record of coding and shipping software
•Strong backend engineering experience building scalable systems
•Practical experience optimizing LLM integrations and AI agent flows in production
•A portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity
•Willingness and legal eligibility to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed
Nice to Have
•Startup experience, particularly in a fast-growing environment, and a strong sense of ownership and commitment to engineering craft
Conditions
•Compensation is $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually, plus equity
•The compensation mix may be negotiable
•Visa sponsorship is not available
