Требования
•3+ Years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record in production-grade AI systems
•Expertise in designing and developing AI agents and agentic workflows
•Proficiency in building AI-native frameworks and embedding AI across the software development life cycle (SDLC)
•Background in product development life cycle (PDLC) processes and methodologies
•Skills in integrating AI solutions with enterprise software platforms and ERP-related systems
•Understanding of scalable AI architectures, deployment strategies, and MLOps practices
•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
•Technical leadership, mentorship, and experience driving AI adoption within engineering organizations
•English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
