Задачи
•Design AI roadmaps with client leadership and own them through to production
•Create and implement AI solution architectures to deliver on those roadmaps
•Set and uphold Data Platform and MLOps standards across the client portfolio
•Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring, team growth, and client accounts
•Advance the engineering practice, including the use of agentic coding workflows
•Test, document, and share effective approaches across the team
•Elevate the product mindset to ensure the team builds the right things
•Own the technical roadmap of at least one engagement within the first six months
•Contribute a recognised voice to the Asset strategy
Требования
•5+ лет опыта построения и масштабирования data и AI решений в production-окружениях
•Сильные фундаментальные знания software engineering и умение писать production-grade код
•Опыт работы с инфраструктурой, включая Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD и data pipelines
•Владение хотя бы одной крупной облачной платформой: AWS, Azure или GCP
•Опыт создания MLOps/LLMOps архитектур на лидирующей позиции
•Подтверждённый опыт вывода LLM-based или agentic систем в production
•Опыт наставничества инженеров, контроля доставки и управления клиентскими аккаунтами
•Умение переводить техническую сложность в понятные решения для нетехнических стейкхолдеров
•Свободный английский язык
•Право на работу в Нидерландах
