About the Role
You will embed with Solutions Architects to identify high-impact workflow problems and ship production-quality tools. You will build AI agents, automated workflows, demo environments, and technical assets; maintain backend systems; and document solutions so others can adopt and extend them.
Requirements
•4+ years of production engineering experience
•Backend engineering fundamentals
•AI agent, LLM-powered tool, or workflow automation experience
•Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js proficiency
•AWS or GCP familiarity
•DevOps familiarity
•Internal tools or developer platform experience
•Cross-functional delivery experience
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with stakeholders to scope technical work and define deliverables
•Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities for productivity improvement
•Build internal tools, agents, and automated workflows
•Harden high-potential tools into scalable production solutions
•Build custom demo environments, proof-of-concept applications, and technical assets
•Document tools, architectures, and usage patterns
•Debug, extend, and maintain backend systems
