Your role
As an AI Developer, you become a key person in the development of our AI platform and the services built on it. You develop AI applications, APIs and integrations that connect the platform's various components with other systems in our IT environment. The role also involves adapting and further developing open source components to create scalable, secure and business-adapted solutions.
You work throughout the entire development chain, from data and model integration to automated workflows and user-facing AI solutions. Together with architects, platform developers and other specialists, you contribute to building a robust AI capability that creates real value for the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage where a new AI management function is being established. You will have the opportunity to influence technical choices, ways of working and future platform capabilities while helping to build the organization's long-term AI capacity.
In the role you will, among other things:
•Develop and further develop AI applications and AI-driven services
•Build and maintain APIs and integrations between different systems and platforms
•Implement and further develop solutions based on generative AI and large language models (LLM)
•Adapt and integrate open source components for business needs
•Develop automated workflows and efficient data flows
•Work with data processing, model integration and RAG-based solutions
•Ensure quality through testing, debugging and version management
•Collaborate closely with architects, platform developers and the business to translate needs into technical solutions
•Contribute to the development of our AI platform, our ways of working and future technical choices

We are looking for someone with experience in:
•Python
•API development and REST

•SQL
•Container-based development (Docker/Kubernetes)

•Testing and debugging
Advantageous experience:
•AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or Hugging Face
•RAG solutions, prompt engineering or agent-based AI solutions
•Data platforms, ETL flows and data management
•TypeScript/JavaScript and modern integration patterns
•Fine-tuning of AI models
