Based in Puteaux, Havas Finances Services (HFS) is the shared service center that drives the financial heart of all HAVAS group subsidiaries, including HAVAS PARIS, HAVAS PLAY, BETC, HAVAS MEDIA, etc.

With a team of 110 passionate employees, we are at the center of the Havas Village, managing general accounting, clients, suppliers, and treasury for all agencies.
Your missions, if you accept this challenge
Within the Cash-Collection division of the Credit Management department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
•Daily monitoring of client receivables across a France and export scope
•Debt collection to reduce overdues
•Optimizing DSO and "cash-collection" for the assigned scope
•Early detection and rapid handling of disputes
•Managing monthly internal / external meetings
•Collaboration with other internal departments to improve client relationships
•Preparation and distribution of regular reporting

Profile
•An up-to-date CV
•Genuinely results-oriented and focused on "cash culture," our future talent must know how to negotiate firmly while remaining diplomatic in order to obtain fast payments from clients without compromising the quality of the client relationship
•Ability to find suitable solutions to difficulties encountered by clients while preserving the group's interests
•Strong interpersonal skills and good listening ability, as a strong and frequent communication with clients by phone, email, and "client" visits is required
•Fluency in English (spoken and written), essential for communicating with certain clients. C1 level required, a test will be conducted
•IT skills: good knowledge of Pack Office (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
•Collaborative, enjoys teamwork and contributing to a good working atmosphere
•Rigorous, organized, diplomatic, responsive, dynamic, open-minded, with strong adaptability
•Holds at least a bac+2 degree in this field, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
