Responsibilities
•Lead regional audits and compliance requirements for the Dutch and DACH entities
•Coordinate with other teams to achieve timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
•Prepare consolidated financial statements under multiple frameworks
•Ensure compliance with international reporting standards
•Lead technical accounting research and implementation
•Lead the implementation of global policies at the regional level
•Lead and develop accounting team members
•Develop and maintain reporting procedures and controls
•Liaise with stakeholders to discuss and resolve complex accounting issues
•Perform other ad hoc duties identified by the center of excellence management team
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Accounting experience with Dutch and DACH entities
•ACCA or equivalent professional certification
•Strong leadership and people management experience
•International accounting and multi-entity experience
Nice to have: MBA
Conditions
•Base salary range: 52,000.00 to 65,000.00 GBP Annual; additional bonus eligibility may apply
