About the Role
Berlin is one of Germany's most important healthcare regions—and one of the markets most urgently in need of digitalization. At Doctolib, we make this transformation possible with an AI-powered all-in-one solution that takes the pressure off healthcare professionals and provides patients with better care—one practice at a time.
Responsibilities
•You take full responsibility for your sales territory—from market analysis and targeted prospecting to successful closing.
•You decide how to focus your energy to achieve maximum impact.
•You are responsible for your success, your pipeline, and your network in the region—and you know how to build and consistently develop all three.
•You understand what matters to doctors and practice teams—and make that understanding your strongest argument.
•You prospect strategically, pitch with conviction, and consistently close deals.
•You consistently measure your performance using Salesforce, analyze your metrics, identify patterns early, and make targeted adjustments.
Requirements
•Solid sales experience selling complex practice software solutions (SaaS) and understanding of the concerns of healthcare customers.
•Familiarity with the dynamics of complex sales cycles; convincing decision-makers is one of your strengths.
•You love winning new customers—and you don't rely on gut feeling. You analyze, prioritize, and pitch with precision.
•Belief that smart technology can genuinely improve everyday life in medical practices—and the ability to make that conviction tangible in conversation, for doctors, practice teams, and the market.
•Excellent verbal and written German (C1 level or higher); English skills at least at conversational level (B1).
•Willingness to engage in direct contact with doctors, in practices, and in the region.
