# Werkstudent IT Governance (m/w/d)
As a Werkstudent IT Governance (m/w/d) in our IT Team at the Augsburg location, you play a crucial role!
The IT Governance team has a broad range of tasks and covers within PATRIZIA everything from IT Procurement, IT controlling, contract management, data protection, aspects of information security, as well as regulatory requirements and audit coordination and support.
Your Tasks
•You support the Governance team in its diverse tasks situated between (IT) technology, regulatory law, and business administration
•You contribute, for example, to procurement - from order entry to invoice processing, which automatically brings you into contact with IT controlling
•You help with dispatching and clearing tickets in the service management system
•Together with your team colleagues, you improve our Enterprise Architecture Management with measures for quality assurance, harmonization of data structures, development of reports and dashboards
•This also includes completing the documentation, e.g. of a regulatory required "Informationsverbund" (information network)
•The operational IT teams also need support in implementing their governance tasks, for example in creating work instructions ("Work Procedures") or other documentation (such as incident response plans, authorization concepts, or similar)
What You Bring
•You are studying in the field of computer science, business informatics, or business administration
•Ideally, you have good cross-sectional knowledge regarding IT and network infrastructure; for you, processes don't only exist in court, budgets don't only exist in the federal budget, and you know that a cost center is not a supermarket till
•You have good PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills; perhaps you've even already worked with PowerBI
•As a team player and communication talent, you enjoy working in international teams
•A quick and analytical understanding as well as enjoyment in thinking through ever-new questions characterize you
•You are interested in a longer-term collaboration of approx. 15-20 hours per week, preferably more during semester breaks
•Good English skills
What We Offer
•Maximum flexibility: Flexible working hours, ideally combinable with lectures, exam periods, and semester breaks
•Practice instead of making coffee: You work as a full team member from the start, with your own tasks and real responsibility
•Relevant practical experience for your CV: Insights into the everyday life of an international company and collaboration on exciting topics and projects
•Learning & development: Access to our PAT Academy with specialized training, soft-skill offerings, and personal development
•Open & international work culture: An appreciative, diverse environment where team spirit, openness, and equal opportunity are lived
