Responsibilities
•Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
•Translate user needs and research findings into clear, validated design concepts
•Create user journeys, user flows, and interaction models
•Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
•Create high-fidelity, implementation-ready UI designs in Figma
•Work with design-system components, variables, and tokens
•Simplify complex, data-heavy workflows through intuitive UX/UI solutions
•Collaborate with cross-functional product and development teams
•Document design decisions, interaction logic, and component behavior
•Assess usability and accessibility and provide recommendations
•Present designs, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
•3–6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
•Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven digital products
•Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and design validation
•Experience creating user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
•Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design
•Excellent Figma knowledge, including Variables, Tokens, and Dev Mode
•Experience designing web applications
•Experience working with cross-functional and/or Scrum teams
•German and English proficiency

•Experience with data visualization and dashboards
•Accessibility audits and accessibility-focused design
•UX metrics
•AI-assisted design
•Condens, UXTweak and/or UXPressia
•Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript
•Experience designing technical B2B applications or products in data-driven, engineering, mathematical, or similar complex environments
Conditions
•1-year opportunity with P3 Digital Services, starting in November 2026
•90% remote and approximately 10% onsite in Berlin
