Responsibilities
•Design digital products with a focus on user needs
•Participate in design workshops such as Design Sprint and Design Thinking
•Prepare and conduct usability tests and qualitative research
•Verify business assumptions in the context of user needs
•Create and develop solutions in accordance with the Design System
•Collaborate with UX/UI teams, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
•Present design recommendations and implement research findings
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
•Ability to independently plan work and select methods and design tools
•Knowledge of research methods and experience conducting usability tests
•Experience participating in design workshops, such as Design Sprint and Design Thinking
•Familiarity with Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Zeplin
•Experience working with a Design System
•Analytical thinking, creativity, and focus on user needs
•Communication skills, independence, and ability to work in a team
