Responsibilities
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements in the medical device sector
•Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
•Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
•Develop and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across medical device software products
•Provide UX solutions and recommendations to improve usability and the overall user experience
•Work with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
•Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices in healthcare and medical devices
Requirements
•5+ Years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on web-based information systems
•Experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
•Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design
•Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
•Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries
•Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS
•Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
•Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams
