Responsibilities
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Researchers, PMs, and Engineers, to deliver user-centered design solutions for Cloud technologies and compute infrastructure
•Translate complex concepts into designs using storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes throughout the agile development lifecycle
•Use modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation and rapid prototyping, focusing on high-impact user tests
•Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-informed insights to meet business objectives and enterprise use cases
•Pitch concepts, manage stakeholder expectations, communicate design direction, and influence the evolution of the cloud product design system
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
•Experience designing technical, enterprise applications
•Experience prototyping designs using tools such as Figma or Canva
Nice to have
•Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization
•Experience collaborating with and influencing designers, product managers, and engineers
•Ability to understand and communicate abstract design concepts clearly and persuasively
•Excellent visual design skills and knowledge of user-centered design principles
•Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
