Trade Marketing & Brand Specialist

In short

This role combines Trade Marketing and Brand Management for an international distribution company, reporting to the Marketing Manager and covering campaign execution, marketing material production, and digital content coordination across a brand portfolio. The company is Europe's 1-Stop Distribution Partner, offering sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, and compliance services to brands, with an international and informal team culture. It requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, at least 2 years of trade marketing or brand management experience (preferably B2B), and hands-on skills in both offline marketing production and digital content strategies. The position is full-time, onsite, based in the Netherlands.

About the Company
We are challengers. We question how things are done today and look for smarter, faster, and more sustainable ways to get products into the hands of consumers. As Europe's 1-Stop Distribution Partner, we support ambitious brands with a complete mix of sales, marketing, value-added logistics (VAS), warehousing, and compliance. We are commercial and hands-on at heart: we love closing deals, solving problems, and making sure the numbers add up, but we're just as likely to roll up our sleeves when a shipment needs to go out the door. Our team is international, informal, and straightforward — no unnecessary hierarchy, just clear communication, mutual respect, and a good sense of humor. Together, we build the products of tomorrow.
We are looking for a proactive Trade Marketing & Brand Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. This role combines two core areas of responsibility: Trade Marketing and Brand Management. You will take ownership of campaign execution, oversee the production of marketing materials, and coordinate digital content across our brand portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting commercial growth, and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints from retail floors to social media feeds.
