Mission
As a Quality Technician you will join the quality team to ensure that products and processes comply with internal and external specifications, norms and standards. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, controlling non-conformities, supporting the implementation of procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Main Responsibilities
•Dimensional and visual inspection and verification of parts, components and finished products, according to technical specifications and defined control plans;
•Completion of quality control documentation;
•Identification, recording and management of non-conformities, including segregation of non-conforming parts and follow-up of corrective actions;
•Validate whether products and processes have the necessary documentation;
•Maintenance and management of Measurement and Monitoring Equipment under your responsibility;
•Technical support to production in interpreting specifications and resolving quality issues in the process;
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection processes and the quality management system.
Profile and Requirements
•Minimum qualification at the 12th grade level, preferably in a technical field;
•Experience in quality control, namely in inspection and verification of parts - preferred;
•Knowledge of dimensional metrology and use of measuring instruments - preferred;
•Knowledge of English, spoken and written - preferred;
•Rigor, attention to detail, team spirit, proactivity and good organizational skills;
•High sense of responsibility, organization, task planning and deadline management;
•User-level computer skills;
•Team spirit and good ability to integrate.
