Technical Project Manager

In short

Technical Project Manager role at Tripledot Studios (Supersonic team), running multiple technical integration projects across games, studios and publishing tools while leading a team of two Integration Engineers. The company is one of the largest independent mobile games companies, with 2,500+ staff across 12 studios. The role demands 4+ years of hands-on technical project management in mobile/games/tech, experience coordinating external partners end-to-end, and at least 1 year leading or prioritising engineers' work. It is an onsite, full-time position based in Tel Aviv.

Who are we?
Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world. We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios. Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the Supersonic team. You'll run technical projects that span our games, studios and publishing tools, and lead our Integration Engineering team of two - working with R&D, business teams and the external studios we publish.
Responsibilities
•Run several technical projects at once that span games, studios and Supersonic's tools, and take each one from kickoff to delivery.
•Prioritise projects by business value and adjust the plan when new requests come in.
•Work with external studios to get what each project needs, from SDK upgrades to source code, and follow up until it is delivered.
•Roll out SDK and platform changes across the live portfolio, tracking each game's status and chasing blockers.
•Act as the escalation point for integration issues and drive root-cause analysis with R&D.
•Turn internal requirements into tickets studio developers can act on, and studio feedback into product input.
•Define and track KPIs for integration time and quality, and automate manual steps such as SDK checks and studio onboarding.
•Keep integration docs, checklists and test flows up to date as the Wisdom SDK, mediation and attribution tools change.
•Lead two Integration Engineers: set priorities, assign tickets, run dailies and support their growth.
•Hire and onboard new team members as the team grows.
Requirements
•Hands-on 4+ years in project management, mostly on technical projects in mobile, games or tech.
•Experience running several projects at once with internal teams and external partners end-to-end, using a tool such as monday.com or Jira.
•Comfortable going into technical detail with developers, such as SDK versions, library issues or app store submissions.
•Daily use of AI tools to plan, research and speed up your work.
•Fluent English.
•1+ year experience leading or prioritising work for engineers, as a manager or day-to-day team lead.
Strong advantage
•Hands-on experience in the Unity Editor: importing packages, building to a device and reading logs to reproduce integration bugs.
•Working knowledge of the mobile ads and analytics stack: mediation (AppLovin MAX or LevelPlay), attribution (AppsFlyer), ad formats and app-store submission on iOS and Android.
•Background as a Unity or mobile developer or QA engineer (C#, Java, Swift or Objective-C).
•SQL skills and experience reading product and monetisation KPIs.
•Experience at a mobile games publisher or a mobile ad-tech company.
Our stack: Unity, C#, Wisdom SDK, AppLovin MAX, AppsFlyer.
