About Otera
Otera (otera.ai) is an agentic-native and purpose-built platform for global enterprises such as Allianz, Siemens, Bayer, and Zurich Insurance to build, deploy, and manage Autonomous AI Agents — turning manual, fragmented processes into autonomous operations at scale. Otera's agents handle end-to-end business processes: reasoning across complex documents, scaling consistent high-quality decisions based on intricate business rules, and operationalizing tribal knowledge that traditionally lived only in the heads of experienced staff.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help design and build the next generation of AI-driven, agentic automation products at Otera.
