About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to join our team at GB2B in Warsaw.
You'll be the bridge between business, product and engineering: turning ideas and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements our developers and QA can build on with confidence.
What you'll do
•Gather and document functional & non-functional requirements.
•Write user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
•Work closely with backend, frontend, UX/UI and QA.
•Catch gaps and technical risks early.
What we're looking for
•Experience as a Technical BA / Requirements Analyst.
•Confidence in technical conversations with engineers.
•Solid understanding of agile delivery and SDLC.
•Bonus: iGaming, fintech or other regulated industries, APIs & data flows.
