Overview
In this role your focus lies on three central areas: operational support of existing business systems, analysis and documentation of technical requirements, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
You analyze and optimize business processes, develop solution concepts, and act as the central point of contact for projects. You also accompany implementations and support infrastructural adjustments through validation and testing.
With your expertise in IT development, international collaboration, and project work, you contribute significantly to the further development of our systems and drive innovation within the Fiserv team.
Your Tasks
•Analysis and documentation of business processes in the RiskShield environment
•Gathering, aligning, and specifying technical requirements
•Evaluating requirements regarding feasibility and implementation effort
•Accompanying infrastructure adjustments including validation
•Conducting tests and analyzing application software
•Controlling and supporting software updates
•Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders (national & international)
•Participation in on-call duty
What You Should Bring
•Completed degree in IT, engineering, or a comparable qualification
•Several years of professional experience (approx. 5 years) in IT development and/or project work, ideally in an international environment
•Experience in dispute/fraud processes as well as with RiskShield is an advantage
•Practical experience working with external customers
•Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C
•Experience with middleware and application servers (e.g. Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Hibernate) as well as with databases (SQL, DB2)
•Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments
•Experience in business analysis, requirements management, testing, and quality assurance
•Very good German and English skills (minimum C1)
