Job Description
•Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities
•Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
•Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
•Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance
•Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
•Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices
•Monitor and report on testing progress and escalate issues as needed
