What You'll Do
•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 French-speaking analysts and Senior Analysts, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing performance growth
•Oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial documents — pitch decks, Avis de Valeur, market scans, comparable transaction tables, and RFP submissions — for regional and Paris markets
•Act as the primary point of contact for French leasing teams and cross-functional partners across Research, Marketing, GIS, and Capital Markets

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of JLL AI tools to optimise team workflows and production efficiency
•Manage concurrent projects across multiple cities and time zones, maintaining the central project tracker and ensuring stakeholders stay informed
•Develop and maintain SOPs, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capability and consistency
•Oversee the bid content repository, ensuring all materials remain accurate, current, and ready for client-facing use
What We're Looking For
•Fluent French (C1 or above, near-native preferred) and solid professional English (B2+) for daily collaboration across international teams
•A degree in real estate, economics, management, finance, engineering, or a related field

•Familiarity with tools such as aRea, Explore, Google My Maps, Power BI, or Map IT — or a demonstrated ability to pick up new platforms quickly
•A strong analytical mindset, with the confidence to form and communicate clear judgments on market data
•Natural leadership presence, with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable in a remote or hybrid setting
•Excellent organisational skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects, cities, and deadlines simultaneously
•A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with strong written and verbal communication in both French and English
