FP&A Team Lead

This FP&A Team Lead role supports monthly financial reporting and analysis, tracking performance against targets and providing senior management with analysis and recommendations for operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The role also supports budgetary planning, cost management, and finance director escalations, with exposure to FP&A process automation (preferably AI tools) as a plus. It is a full-time consultant contract based in Bangalore at dentsu.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

•Supports the monthly financial reporting and analysis process

•Tracks performance against internal targets and external best practice, making timely interventions at appropriate times

•Provides senior management with timely analysis, intelligence and recommendations they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions

•Supports the Commercial Finance Director with the short and long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with global processes

•Supports the Regional Operational Finance Director, as necessary, in terms of management of the ROFC, escalation/resolution of issues and adherence to SLA's

•Exposure to automation of FP&A processes, preferably with AI tools is an added advantage
