Responsibilities
•Coordinate recruitment processes, mainly for IT roles, gradually taking ownership with support from experienced colleagues
•Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, lead initial candidate conversations, and keep everyone informed
•Prepare and analyse recruitment and People & Culture reports, turn data into practical insights, and take ownership of selected processes
•Keep recruitment and People & Culture systems accurate and up to date, making information easy to find and use
•Help coordinate People & Culture projects by tracking documentation, deadlines, and next steps
•Find practical ways to simplify everyday work and contribute where support is most needed as priorities evolve
Requirements
•Experience in a role involving task coordination, working with data, or organizing documentation and information
•Strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data and technology; confidence using Excel and interest in AI and other digital tools
•Excellent spoken and written English
•Strong people skills, including listening, asking thoughtful questions, and building relationships
•Organized, proactive, and flexible approach; able to move work forward, adjust focus, and ask for support when needed
