Responsibilities
•Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff through offer across multiple business functions
•Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and advise on market trends
•Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
•Conduct recruiter screens and present thoughtful, high-quality candidate shortlists
•Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
•Manage pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting data within Greenhouse
•Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting operations and hiring processes
Requirements
•4+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment
•Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A functions
•Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
•Previous experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships remotely
•A proactive, organized, and highly autonomous working style

•Initial 3-month contract, with potential to extend

•Approximately 40 hours/week preferred, with 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours
